"Stayed here before an early flight from San Jose and it was perfect! Very clean, staff was incredibly helpful and breakfast was delicious. Only took 15 minutes to get to airport in traffic in the morning. "

"Staff were very friendly and took our luggage directly to our room. The location is pretty nice and the balcony in our room was a nice surprise. There were also some breakfast options included with the room price and others available for $10USD which was pretty reasonable. "

"The orange chair that was cloth was disgusting. There was several pieces of hair on bathroom floor and a dirty shoe print. Room was a cool setup with loft but i was scared to get in bed , sheets with the basty chair they would have in the room. The couch easnt much better "

"Unfortunately they are Definitely still working out the kinks of a new hotel - Location is fabulous, rooms are new clean and beautiful and the staff was kind. The Censes restaurant left lots to be desired and the logistical mishaps of the front desk charging and lost and found procedure was a bit exhausting…. Hope to try it again one day but maybe after they worked all the kinks out. "

"I booked a junior room with air conditioning (AC), but the AC was not working. When I reported the issue and requested a room change at reception, I was told, “You booked this room, so you won’t be given another unless you pay extra.” As a result, the room was extremely hot and it was very difficult for me to sleep. Eventually, I had to check out at around 5:30 a.m. because I couldn’t get proper rest throughout the night. "
