Las sábanas y el cochón olía a orina, tuve que pedir cambio de habitación. Ademas la llave del lavabo estaba rota, demostrando la falta de mantenimiento. Me dio mucho asco el olor a orina que no me volvería quedar ahí

This hotel was great. I would definitely stay here again should we come back to Puebla. It was clean and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Something to note is that there is no fridge in the hotel room. We were able to ask at the front desk and they gave us a ticket to keep things refrigerated ...
