excellent location. lots of dining options available just outside the hotel. the lady cleaner is very nice and attentive. I get to a super clean and organized room everyday after a long day of touristing.

La recepcionista decía que no tenia mi reservation pero no la habia buscado bien y después me comentaba que el precio en la app era excesivo pero no reviso cuantas noches eran, la habitación aun no estaba disponible, tardo mucho en asignarla, la zona es horrible, hacen mucho ruido en la noche y no hay agua caliente. Fuera de eso y por el precio estuvo bien

Mi queja es por lo siguiente Yo me habia hospedado mas de un dia sin ningun tema Hubo un detalle con una visita que paso sin registrarse y me hicieron el comentario Al cual para la siguiente se me hizo mas facil rentar dos gabitaciones por si llegaba vicita El dia de hoy que quise renovar mi habitacion me dijero que no podian porque ya estaban apartadas A lo que procedi a marcar a resepcion y me dijeron que si habian Ya cuando la confronte a la señora de resepcion siguio con lo mismo que no habia y yo alegue que pues me habian dicho que si hay pues de que se trataba a lo que le pedi que bajara la gerente La cual me metio muchas razones por las cuales no me iba a dar la habitacion una de ellas porque me vio besandome con mi pareja diciendo que era un hotel familiar , lo hubiera entendio si yo hubiera echo un acto encontra de la moral en los pasillos pero fue solo eso un beso Luego seguia recalgando muy firme pero no es homofobia no vallan a pensar eso Para culminar diciendo que yo era un sucuo por dejae las habitaciones todas puercas a lo que me molesto ya que soy de las perso as que no tienen esos habitos y malas costumbres

Estuve leyendo muchas reseñas negativas en Maps y por ello tenía un poco de miedo al momento de reservar, pero puedo decir que es todo lo contrario, si bien el hotel sí es un poco viejito, por el precio tampoco puedes pedir mucho. Las habitaciones están limpias, hay agua caliente y toallas limpias. El personal de recepción en todo momento fue muy amable, el elevador funciona bastante bien y se ve reciente. Realmente por lo que pagué, no puedo pedir más, sin duda volvería.
