Hotel berdekatan Pantai Psakoudia

"Really bad customer service! It is as confirmed about only a bot saying exactly the same polite sentences promising to help or to contact the hotel but never do. They quickly received the hotelpayment and the information about the hotel was missleading information,  unexisting services were mentioned on the hotel, no resoect of requests either and they did not even have a cooperation with the hotel. Absolutely a scam! I wasted hours to contact them 4 times to get the status of my ticket,...

"We booked a suite. The suite was large and spacious. The hotel was also clean in the public areas. A nice and varied breakfast that keeps you going for several hours. The hotel's pool is in the adjacent hotel that is under the same ownership. The staff is very friendly and does everything possible to help .The hotel has a private beach 250 meters away."

"Undeniably beautiful spot. Great rooms and views. Wonderful hosts. However, they seem to have cut corners on construction. Several door handles and things were loose. One sliding door lock feel off while I was there. Bathroom smelled a bit like sewage or back in to lock the door at night"

"Great accomodation; location is very good, walking distance to beach and restaurants and a quiet street. Also the rooms are cozy and comfortable. What I was missing is a breakfast service. There are only a few beds at the pool. And when you have a room with pool access, you don't have a sunbed at your terrace."

"The hotel is near de beach but the water there is not that clean . We went to other beaches in other locations . The hotel is nice , the personal are wonderful ! I didnt like the AC in the room because they management of the hotel blocked it at 24 degress celsius and you could not change that ."

"Property was ok, not worth $250 per night though. What made it worse is that the AC wasnt working properly. It was very difficult to sleep in the heat, and the manager had nothing but excuses, such as We cant get a repairman to come look at it because no one will show up for only one unit. Or in his estimated opinion, he said that the ac will possibly cool down to 24 C if you leave ot on all day. I doubt it cooled down to 24C, but even if it can reach that low, its too hot to sleep. "Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen und die immer wieder auftauchenden Probleme wurden zeitnah von den Gastgebern sehr freundlich und kulant gelöst. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die Ruhe im Zimmer, von den Nachbarn nebenan bekommt man wirklich absolut nichts mit, gute Schallisolierung. Mietwagen sollte man dabei haben."
