"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"Terrible experience.
- First hotel we have ever stayed at that charge guests to use the pool. Unbelievable
- Leak in the bathroom which was reported however no action taken by staff
- Main door to the room scraping against the floor and wouldn't open properly
- No youtube on the smart TV
- Same breakfast every day with limited options
- Requested a complimentary late check-out only for a couple of hours however this was declined "
