"I read the other reviews, so I knew what I was getting into. This place was perfect for my wife and I, BUT would NOT be perfect for everyone. My wife and I are walkers. You will walk, a lot. You can take the tram, directly outside of the hotel but I takes time to get to the center of things - you actually have to go in the opposite direction of where you will want to travel and take the tram to the B line to Termini - it is fine, it just takes time. "It was very inconvenient to get to the hotel because cars couldn’t get there being very narrow with the road. Reception was excellent, the room was very spacious. The shower was weak. The worst was the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hard boiled eggs were cold, taken out of the freezer and 2-3 days old where the yolks were very dark green. Yuck. All the pastries and pound cakes were not fresh and hard. Nothing is fresh and they charge you for the juices. Bad experience....

Valerio arranged for tours and conveniences and Yassmine ensured that my dining experience was superb! All staff, including the dining room hostess, were marvelous.
