Apartments in Province of Reggio nell'Emilia

"A wonderful stay in Parma! I really enjoyed my stay at La Casa del Vino. The room was beautiful, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of restaurants and the city’s main attractions. Communication with the host was also great – friendly, helpful and responsive throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Parma!"

"Clean and comfortable."

"Pool is a highlight, kids loved it."

"We had booked one of the properties in the centre, but a boiler failure meant we had to be relocated to another property. This was seamless and well communicated and at no extra cost, but unfortunately the proeprty was a good 25 to 30 mins walk or a bus or taxi ride into the centre, which wasn't ideal and did cost us extra in taxi fares"

"Clean and pleasant stay in nice central location."

"We had Room 6 which appears not to be the room in the Expedia pics with the sloping ceilings and it wasnt setup for twin beds but we made it work by sharing the double bedding. The location was spot on for the Ferrari and Maserati museams as well as bars and restaurants. The on street parking can take a while to find a free bay but they offer paid parking as well"

"Logement très propre et tout était prêt pour notre nuit de passage. Environnement très calme, Vraiment je recommande!!"

"Good place to stay. Airconditioning seemed to be a little low capacity, since it remained a bit warm during the night. But for the rest it was a good accommodation. Clean and close to the city center. And at a good price."

"Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla struttura, sia per la perfetta pulizia che per la tranquillità del posto. Grazie per la perfetta accoglienza"

"Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena."

"Great large appartement quiet area. "

"Great walkable area of Modena. Host was responsive. Check-in process was a bit more complicated than most and the studio felt a bit unfinished. Only one nightstand in the bedroom and no extra pillows. "

"The room was clean and amenities are ok. Near shops and restaurants. "

"Water pressure was horrible and windows had no net letting in alot of mosquitoes when open"
