O apartamento é grande e espaçoso, bem equipado e novinho, possui cozinha com alguns utensílios, 1 máquina de lavar roupa, 2 banheiros o que é bom pois economiza tempo para se arrumar! Sobre limpeza, estava bem ok, principalmente banheiros! Ponto negativo: acabou a água quente muito rápido! Na segunda pessoa tomando banho a água ficou gelada!
