"The room had mold and mildew growing along the doors and in the bathroom. This is a health concern as I am an asthmatic. Additionally, this is not a Bed and Breakfast in the traditional sense. It is an apartment that is managed offsite (it feels as though one apartment has been remodeled into 3 separate bedrooms with one having a kitchenette). Breakfast is provided by a cafe down the street as is WiFi. The heat did not work upon our arrival and although repairs were attempted, the heat went...

"Atendente mau educada, as chaves são difíceis de abrir as portas, quase fiquei para fora do prédio, detalhe a noite e não tinha ninguém lá para ajudar abrir caso precisasse, banheiro cheio de mofo, cobrança extra, fala que tem estacionamento mas é mentira, é na rua. Não tem café da manhã, eles te dão um voucher para ir em uma cafeteria, podendo tomar só um café e um corneto, nem a foto do quarto condiz com a acomodação."

"Antonio is a very nice host, he was very supporting. The location is excellent, we parked the car outside the old town and walked 10 minutes with our baggage easily to the apartment close to the duomo ( it has a terrace with a view of the dome!!!). "

"I loved this place. The room was just fine, but what made the difference was the staff. Everyone, and I mean everyone, from the owner to the person who replaces your toilet paper rolls, was just great. Friendly, dedicated, always smiling and ready to help. The staff at the beach facility were just as wonderful. A truly wo derful experience all around."
