Insgesamt eine tolle moderne Unterkunft und freundliches Personal. Mit dem Auto sehr nah an der Stadt gelegen. Leider wurden bei unserem Aufenthalt von vier Tagen kein Mal die Handtücher gewechselt, außerdem gab es keine Handtücher für den Pool oder die Außendusche (lediglich 6 Stück für die gesamte Unterkunft) und die normalen durften für den Pool nicht genutzt werden. Das Frühstück war gut, es hätte aber etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Ich hätte mich außerdem gefreut, wenn das Personal etwas aufmerksamer gewesen wäre, zb. beim Frühstück Tee/ Kaffee angeboten hätte, anstatt selbst aktiv danach zu fragen. Ansonsten ein toller Aufenthalt mit Tipps zum Essen, Strände etc. !

Excellent séjour au Relais Regina Rosanna, les chambres sont très propres et très calmes, le petit déjeuner est excellent et l'accueil ouah ils sont au top de la gentillesse et de l'écoute de leurs clients. Merci à Hellen et à son sourire de bon matin ! Je reviendrai rien que pour vous revoir !

Súper engaño!!! Desastroso!!

Decepcionada, no entiendo la nota de este establecimiento, las fotos no representan la realidad, la habitación súper pequeña, no tiene zona exterior privada, la puerta de cristal y una cortina y da a una zona de paso,, ninguna intimidad, ni iluminación natural, ni posibilidad de ventilar, no tiene ventanas. La piscina agua sucia, máximo de ocupación 6 personas, la zona exterior súper descuidada. El desayuno súper simple, zumo, algo de bollería, yogurt y t ofrecen café. No hay tostadora, ni nada tipo (huevos, bacon…)) El horario es a las 08.00 pero si vas a esa hora no les hace gracia y bastante desagradables en el trato. Ha sido muy decepcionante, me queda claro que las opiniones que he leído de este alojado no pueden ser reales. Otro tema es que está todo plagado de cámaras de vigilancia, por todas partes, el horario de recepción es solo de 08,00-14.00 y 17.00-21.00 y entiendo que es por tema de seguridad, aunque para acceder a las instalaciones hay un mando que abre la puerta al parking, la verdad sientes que te están observando continuamente e incomoda ( ver fotos )

Von der Anreise bis zur Abreise alles super! Wir wurden herzlich von Paola empfangen, die uns immer wieder tolle Tipps für Strände, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben hat. Man merkt, dass sie mit Leib und Seele dabei, so dass man sich als Gast wohlfühlen muss. Vielen Dank für alles, Paola. Auch für die italienische Playlist, die uns in Deutschland immer an dich und den wundervollen Urlaub erinnern wird. Bis bald!

Très bien

La chambre est propre et très confortable. Le petit déjeuné est varié et bon. Même si la serveuse ne parle pas anglais elle est vraiment sympathique. Le coin piscine est agréable après une journee plage. Les appareils de musculation ne sont malheureusement pas très fonctionnels. Concernant les taxes de séjour, la patronne nous a demandé de payer plus cher que ce que Hôtel.com nous indiquait..

Oásis!

Estivemos por 2 noites no Borgo Regina Rosanna mas como originalmente nossa reserva era para o Relais, usufruímos da piscina e do café da manhã. Em meio a uma zona sem grandes atrativos, o Relais é um oásis com lindo jardim, piscina e decoração charmosa. De carro são 10 minutos até Santa Maria al Bagno, com muitas boas opções para jantar e um uns 15 minutos até a linda Gallipoli. Durante o dia as lindas praias de Porto Selvaggio e Punta Suína ficam próximo. Recomendo o Relais vivamente!
