"Worst stay ever! First the host/hotel sends me the instructions in Italian, I requested English but did not send it. I arrived and place was an absolute dump, no soap, no toilet paper, no garbage bags or garbage bin, bare bone and nothing. The heat wasn’t working and not on. I reached out to the host and did not respond until the next day. I found garbage wrappers under couches and beds. Complete messNo help whatsoever. The most unprofessional people to deal with! Stay away!"

"A cosy place for a visit to SanRemo, in a beautiful, historic part of the town and easy walking distance of the beach. Be sure to get clear directions to the apartment before your arrival. We found the office where we were told to pick up the keys was closed and had difficulty finding the apartment and then a parking place. Water pressure is also a little low in the apartment. However, very good value for money."

"Clean, modern, of good standard. Host is very attentive while not imposing. All nessesities were in the property - for example, washing liquid, shampoo, salt, coffee, some basic food for the first evening, etc, which was very handy. Host family is living above the flat. Location is better suited for car. Caution to drive down to parking slot very slowly, to protect your bamper. For pedestrians, nearest beach is c.25 min walk, partly along busy road. "This is a great hotel in the heart of San Remo. Spa is newly refitted and the relaxation area / steam room / sauna are high quality and immaculately clean. The only reason for my 4 star review instead of 5, is that our room was connecting to another and the noise transference is more than we would have liked. In mentioning this to the staff, we were told that our only option was to pay the excess to upgrade to the next category of room. I wasn't angling for an upgrade - just needed a quiet room!"
