"The property has no front desk, but staff replied quickly to text messages and were very helpful and friendly. There is no lift, so getting to the property requires one to climb many 50 stairs, which is a concern if one has heavy luggage, one is tired or one has even the slightest mobility issue. If it is all of the aforesaid, it is a real challenge getting in and out of the property. The room was nice and spacious, but two of the beds were in a loft which required even more climbing up a...

"Spotelssly clean shared facilitiea. Decent shower and very comfortable bed with crisp white sheets. Franceaco is a great host happy to help with carrying luggage up to the appartment which is on the fourth floor. His cat is very friendly and even though no air conditioning big windows to open and Franceaco provided a fan. Kettle and fridge avaiable if required. Coffee and ice cream shops just below appartment fantastic!"

"Wonderful location in the heart of Genoa. Susanna was a great host and very responsive and helpful during our stay there. Our Suite was spacious and comfortable. Not a problem for us, but there are stairs to contend with and the door to the shower is very tight to access."

"Shared bathroom means you could be waiting a while to use it. At time of my bathroom was occupied for almost an hour by 2 women in other room so you can be in trouble if you urgently need to use toilet as there are no other options, at least none I was made aware of. Also the place can be very noisy. Room was adjoining front entrance and you could hear people coming and going."
