"FULL OF MOLD - DON'T STAY HERE The whole apartament is full of mold. You can smell it from the doorway. The bathroom is tiny, full of mold and rust, and the shower area doesn't have a door. "Unusal, quirky decor but a great hotel! Staff friendly and helpful, very clean, beds incredibly comfortable and a brilliant pool area. Breakfast quite basic (extra charge for fried eggs or omelette) and restaurant pricey as often is the case in hotels. Not central to Catania but lovely to be away from the craziness so you can relax. Good bus options to the town, or further up the coast. "

"The hotel stands at a very prominent location overlooking the sea. It is a big hotel but spread out. The pool is probably one of the best I've been in and the staff very attentive around the pool and pool bar. All the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. We fund the breakfast was disappointing, more because of the quality of the food rather than quantity. It's worth getting a room overlooking the sea, I wouldn't like to be facing inland or on the ground floor."

"This was a beautiful hotel in an area close to everything. I would especially like to mention the customer service was incredible. Our flight was canceled and Silvio was a savior. He was able to already have a room ready by the time we got back to the hotel, he accommodated us for a late check out and made our lives so much better. "

"Our experience could not have been better. We are three American Senior women and the hotel went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. All the staff was excellent, especially Giacomo at the front counter who gave us explicit instructions and directions and also Antonio the bar manager who went out of his way to make our experience extra special, even telling us about the special Prosecco."
