"This was a 5/5 on 9/10 ratings. Great location near M2 line and castle. Easy communications. Walkable city center in 20 min or less. The only thing that wasn’t great…ac/hear is a two pipe system…on or off. We stayed in spring where the heat is on and not ready for building wide cooling…So we had no air during our stay, but with windows open it was nice."

"The previous tenant smoked in the apartment and it smelled terrible. There was no blanket, only a top sheet. The QR code that was supposed to lead me to instructions did not work. I tried contacting the property management company through email every day, no response at all. I left two days early. I still have not heard from the management company. JOIVY is a JOKE. "

"The air conditioning in the room doesn’t work. The hotel knew about it and they responded by bringing us fans that were very loud and noisy. It was hot and we needed to sleep with the windows open, but there was no mesh so we struggled with a lot of mosquitos at night. Couldn’t sleep well.
