"It's not a hotel. More like a rental apartment. No proper reception. No breakfast service. No plate, bowl, spoon, fork, or even cup is to be used or borrowed. I booked a superior room, thus I am not sure what makes it it 'more superior' than other rooms. No additional facilities. The area is a bit dodgy (like most train stations in all countries) thus to enter the apartment with so many instructions is a bit difficult. When we returned to the place at around 9pm, we were followed by a beggar....

"Isabella was so easy to communicate with before arriving and during our visit. They stored our bags after we arrived then even delivered to our room. She had a light breakfast of packaged pastries and fresh fruit as well as juice n coffee for us. Our room was spacious. And the bed pillows and temperature was so comfortable. We would easily stay here again. It is less than 10 min walk to Metro so easy to navigate the city and restaurants."

"The hotel room was large and spacious for a European hotel, clean and friendly staff. Location was central with shopping, restaurant and cafes right at the doorstep. 10minute walk to the Duomo and Galleria."

"We arrived at the site and were greeted by the owner. After we settled in he took the time to show us how to get to all the places that are worth seeing in the area including things we werent even aware were there. He also gave us detailed directions on how to get there. We were also awaiting our luggage that had been delayed at the airport and since we werent sure when they might arrive he offered to ensure that he would be there to receive them. He provided his cell number and told him to call...

"Very responsive staff when we had questions, clean room, bedside tables, lots of space for luggage and hanging items (which appears to be more rare in Europe). Only issue was the shower is flat and was very slippery when wet. Could benefit from some grip or texture on the floor. Other than that, aesthetic mirrors and light options, loved the bed frame. Comfortable to sleep in the bed, would recommend!"

"All I can say is , this was a beautiful stay , with great staff who are so kind , helpful and really professional. A beautiful clean place , affordable, easily accessible to the Metro and buses, shopping you name it . I felt safe and special mention to Javier and Nelly , amazing amazing team . They made my stay so comfortable that I rebooked twice to stay in the same place . I would definitely recommend this place for all your navigation in Milan . I am so grateful. "I only met one staff almost the last day. It is all done through Whatsapp. The room was nice, very small, small bathroom and shower but maintained. You need to use stairs to get to a very small elevator. Overall it was nice. You need to follow instructions that they send you to be able to open 3 doors to get to your room."
