"Hosted by Cleanbnb, not issuing invoices for total amount that you pay and it’s worst if you come for business purposes! you pay in cash for cleaning and city tax without any receipt! PAPER walls, during the day or night you can’t sleep you hear everything for the garage, from the street, from neighbors! Broken sofa, they ask if I want to prepare one bed or 2, how many person… I feel like an interrogator. you have no peace after making the reservation, it annoys you with emails and messages...

"The place was clean, quiet and we felt safe. It was near the central train station and walking distance to Piazza Maggiore. Lots of excellent restaurants around the area. We would definitely recommend this place!"

"This space is conveniently located to a number of things but that is really the only benefit. The room is very small and clearly not well maintained, especially the bathroom. The WiFi did not work during the entire stay and while that shouldn't be a deal breaker, it is difficult when you do not have cell phone service otherwise. They did offer us a refund but it only came out to 20 euro for the entire 4 day stay. I do not recommend staying here."

"This is a cheap option inside the walls of the old town. Unfortunately the apartment is less than ideal - the shower head was broken, as was the wardrobe. The floors and surfaces were clean but there was lots of cobwebs and debris around the apartment in corners. It's basically an attic with a sloping roof so there isn't much headroom. I must have hit my head 10 times. "

"The room was exactly as described, spacious, very clean with all of the listed amenities. This is not suitable hotel if you have mobility issues as you need to take stairs up to the 2nd floor in order to catch the lift up to the 4th floor, where one again we needed to take stairs up to the 5th floor. Finding the room initially was a bit of a challenge but we were happy with it once we figured it out and saw the views from all the window. Centrally located walkable area."

"The suite was in good condition and clean. The staff were very helpful. It was centrally located to many amenities within walking distance. Zero complaints. It was quiet for sleeping and the A/C was great to have for sleeping. The suite had cooking facilities that we did not use but also had a washing machine which was a bonus. "
