"Communication was terrible no coffee in the room floor was dirty no internet password we asked multiple times only 3 towels for the the two weeks stay for 3 people no extra linens they send a cleaning crew they used a swiffer to sweep and didn’t clean good we found a broom and swept the floor and more garbage came out very disappointing when we asked for extra towels they said that it’s not a hotel they should rename the nightmare Italy"

"ABSOLUTELY NO communication with management. 5 emails and 2 calls to number provided with check in email met with NO response to the request for WiFi password and we had no Wi-Fi access for our entire stay. There was NO information provided about anything connected to the room so we had no one to contact. There seemed to be 20 rooms in the unit so if Wonderful Italy has a manager there they need to do some SERIOUS training. Room was nice, clean and had a great kitchen but no starter supplies...

"The stay was absolutely perfect, I traveled with my family and we utilized both apartments for 7 people with plenty of room for everyone. Ruvo is a beautiful town and the Casa Rubis was in walking distance of everything, fresh bread, pastry, meats , fish and fresh sliced cured meats and cheese, I am missing my stay already. We can’t wait to travel back, thank you for an excellent stay Casa Ribis!!!"

"Please notice Wifi is not included with this property. Also the location is at least a 20 minute speed walk from the Bari Central station. I arrived on Sunday and all the cafes & super markets were closed so plan ahead. This property looked like it was not cleaned prior to my arrival. The toilet and shower were both dirty. Checkin was okay but when I inquired about check out I did not receive a response. The price was right but the location and cleanliness were not to my expectations."
