"This was my boyfriend’s and I first time in Turks and we stayed 4 nights at the West Bay resort. Truly had an amazing experience. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The included breakfast was a great plus to this hotel.
The pool and beach were breathtaking and clean.
Keep in mind, if you want to explore, be ready to take a taxi or rent a car as this hotel is very secluded. Also, bring cash because the nearest atm is about a 20 minute walk and the taxis only take cash.
We were okay with staying in the hotel and enjoying the beach during our stay. I loved that they set up the beach and pool chairs for you so you didnt have to lift a finger.
Our rooms were cleaned twice a day (maybe because it was the slow season) but this was a great experience.
Our only complaint was that on the last day, we had to call twice to get bath towels. But we were able to get them eventually.
I would have liked if there was another restaurant option or a gift shop. We went to Waymar (property next door) twice to check out their restaurants."
