There was a picture of a pool on the website, and there was no pool. They advertised a hot breakfast buffet but did not have any. She said none of it was their fault. She told me that I received an email about the on sight constuction. I called corporate, so could hear how terrible it was throughout the building. It was honestly laughable, except my overweight Dad with heart conditions had to walk down and up 6 flights of stairs everytime he went to the room. "

"There is a church providing meals to the homeless across the street- I stayed to be able to walk to the convention center but the street had people on it at all hours of the day and night who were struggling with their mental health and I did not feel safe as a woman with my children walking on the street. Please be aware as I saw no other reviews that mentioned this. The hotel itself is fine and if you valet and get in your car and leave it’s ok. "
