We asked if we could possibly leave our bags or check in early. Lucy jumped in and got us into our room right away. We were able to sleep, warm up and relax before heading out to explore. "Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

"tv didn’t work, no deadbolt on the door, no shower curtain in the bathroom, no wifi for the two nights i stayed, and they didn’t tell me they were doing active construction every weekday 8-5 until after i made my nonrefundable reservation. several online sources incorrectly stated that there was a pool. elevator was out of inspection date."

"Literally impossible to get into the building. No staff onsite. Sketchy behavior, musty, falling apart. Staying at a motel6 in LA was literally a better experience. Didn’t even end up being able to actually stay the night there becuase when we came back from dinner the front door to get in the building wouldn’t unlock. On top of that the police were outside when we got back. Ended up staying somewhere else, came back in the morning to a book propping open the door so luckily we where able to...

"We were greeted like we were scum of the earth by a lovely woman at the front desk. The whole place stunk of marijuana. Weird sketchy location. The freeway across the street was extremely loud all night long. The floors were filthy in the room and one of our pillows had blood stains. Do NOT stay here "
