"I wanted to leave a positive review especially after tryng the human touch massage chair that was in my room. It was the bomb after a long difficut day and I enjoyed it immensely.
What was negatve was the room near me who had ther TV on LOUD untli about 2 am so I was unable to sleep. I tried to determne which room it was coming from so that I could report it, but was unsuccessful.
Overall the locaton is excellent, Portland, South Portland and Scarborough very close in proximity with many...

"I have to say the property was "ok". First of all, we were in from out of state. Now granted, we didn't want to spend a fortune on a hotel...but this place was dated! I don't understand how this hotel is part of a chain and they don't spend a little money to make one of their properties a little nicer. Just because we can't afford the $3-400 a night, we don't want to stay somewhere that's not nice? We even had rust on the drawer pulls of the entertainment center! We went down for breakfast, and...

"Room was adorable and comfortable with terrific views. Could see sunrise from the bed. Housekeeping could use a little work. Jet tub was a little dirty and glasses in cupboards were dirty. Understandable outside windows would be dirty but inside windows could use a little TLC. Linen left on balcony in front of room. Coffee available all day was great, very friendly staff. Restaurant noise was a little loud but when they were closed it was very peaceful. Close to restaurants and shops. Overall...

"Taking the stairs up to the second floor first set of stairs had no railing carpeting was filthy and there was debris at the bottom of the stairs. A gap that caused you to trip and missing to knobs. Bathroom and sink were stopped up and backed water up into the tub and the same thing happened with the sink an addition to which the sink had no stopper"
