"I love the property, it was very beautiful and clean. The Resturant was amazing, rooms updated and nice and location amazing. Would definitely stay again. The only thing I didn’t like was the mandatory $35.00 per person entertainment fee. I feel it’s something you should know upfront not when you get there. Naquita Brown"

"I selected this hotel based on price for my short stay and on checking out i received a bill for 160 US dollars as a 'destination fee.' The receptionist explained it as because its a popular location. Im not sure if ive missed something but it feels like that is to increase the fee via the back soor? I would like that money refunded. I got 40 dollars off but only because i had paid for food and drink in the hotel."

"This hotel was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Traveling as a group of women I felt 100% safe in the middle of New York City in this hotel. The rooftop bar was beautiful and sophisticated. They even treated us to champagne for my daughter’s birthday. Would never stay anywhere else."

"Our room was a high floor corner king and was small but for Times Square rooms it was nice. Window opened for fresh air . Our room had a double door for security and was super quiet. Parking was a breeze we pulled up and checked in the front desk handled the rest. Parking is 85$ per night but so worth it compared to parking down the street in a garage. Would highly recommend huge breakfast buffet included with stay."

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "Excellent hotel right in the middle of Time Square! You absolutely can not beat the location! The staff were professional and friendly. The rooms were on the small side but perfect for two people. They were clean and well furnished and decorated. We loved Tempo and would absolutely stay there again!"
