The unit was clean, well appointed and beds were roomy and very comfy. The bathroom could do with a re- vamp. But given the age of the motel, it was clearly well maintained.

You cant even use the tea and coffee cups if you do you get hit with a $75 dollar cleaning fee.

Hi Julie,No there definitely isn't a cleaning fee for using the cups in the Motel Rooms. As stated in the books the cleaning fee for not washing up is for the Self contained units.Sorry you misread the books.I was glad I got to talk to you on the phone to clarify this.Thank you.

The property was incredibly loud, with poor acoustic insulation from the room to the car park and highway beyond. You could hear people leaving at 5am, and the staff were very loud early in the morning. The air conditioning wasn’t working, and the rooms do not have a fan.

Hi Caitlin, Sorry your stay was loud, sadly some guests do forget to think about others that are staying. Our staff don't start till 9am & are always aware if guests are still in, so I'm unsure of how they were loud. All our airconditioners are working, maybe the settings weren't right. Our rooms don't have ceiling fans.

The traffic noise from the highway in front of the accommodation. We didn't realise it was on the main highway. Overall it was okay to stay for a night. Not a big selection to choose from the restaurant that was closed

We were just stopping over so was just a bed for the night, but nicely renovated rooms, very clean and tidy. Didn’t see any staff as we checked in late and left early. All good.

Probably one of the best Motels I have stated in. Super clean, basic but functional kitchen facilities, comfy beds, wonderful customer service great value for money. Would definitely stay there again really impressed!!!
