Hotels near Promise Mighty Temple

"I stayed at Cham Cham for 8 nights. The hotel is very new and clean. I stayed in explore twin room by myself. It is big enough. It is a bit far from Taipei, so if you need naps or rest in mid day while visit Taipei, Cham Cham location is not ideal for that. The review for the staff is mixed. The cleaning crew was very thorough and friendly. However, the front desk staff was not very friendly. They were not mean, but didn't really care for saying Hi to the guests. They didn’t smile at all nor care for any questions I had for them. As a traveler, naturally I have some questions, they were not helpful and not friendly. No smile at all. They all seemed like college-aged students who treated this job like another part-time job versus a job in the hospitality service business. This is very different from other hotels I stayed in in Taiwan."

"Costs more, but highly recommend large room with big curved windows. Serves a healthy Taiwanese and western breakfast. The building has other businesses like a workout gym (might need membership, inquire), Chinese medicine clinic, restaurant, laundry room, drug store, etc. The location is by Fuzhong Station (MRT Blue line #6, exit 1) where you can find many stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is kind and helpful."

"Place was great. Just could not find laundry room. Besides that everything was great and I would highly recommend this place. Lunch at restaurant was delicious and beautifully plated. Front desk helped us with any questions. Loved the fact that I could exchange money at front desk too. "

"This was a great stay and very cozy. Breakfast was good. The only thing is that its a bit further from main areas but many stations available and almost feels more local than downtown so really nice. "

"The Grand Forward Hotel is at the great location. It's near the subway station which makes travel easy. It's also close the shopping area. A lot of great restaurants nearby. The hotel staffs are great! I was greeted with nice smiles every day and they are very helpful if I have any questions."
