Hotels near Progreso Beach

"Deseocionada de la estancia, primero en el cuarto no servía la caja fuerte, ni la televisión, ni el teléfono, no nos dieron ni plancha. Después, mal servicio de limpieza, pasaron dos días para que nos lavaran el baño y ni que decir de los Shampoo o jabones, no nos dejaban más. Para poder pedir algo teníamos que bajar a recepción. De ahí el desayuno, caro y poco variado no valió nada la pena. Y la alberca ya se veía descuidada, no la pudimos disfrutar por el clima, pero se veía sucia. De ahí en fuera, elevadores y recibidor, bien. "

"Was forced to accept a handicap room or take room with dual beds. The handicap room has no shower door which made puddles of water in the bathroom everyday. The bed was a lowered bed. No hot water. Ruined our romantic stay. No bueno."

"The best thing about the hotel was the friendly staff and the location. The beach facing balcony was also worth the extra cost. However, it stays windy and if you are a light sleeper you will need earplugs. Bed was too hard for my taste but clean. There is no pool but you are right on the beach. The microwave and fridge were also nice to have. This is also close to the grocery store and other conveniences which includes tours to area sites nearby. Overall 3.5 stars above average. "

"Very nice cabanas with all the necessary for a confortable stay. Acess to use the kitchen, fresh coffee in the morning and evening. We slept very well. A nice beach just few minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay."

"We had an amazing stay. The pool, restaurant, and gym were all amazing. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms were large, comfortable, and the bathrooms were terrific. "

"The first day of course was great .’ Not sure how old is this property … but I for sure recommended..understand about how every hotel considers themselves a good hotel.’ For and stayed for 7 nights The price is good👍 like $45 per night thru Expedia.. the hotel is clean, swimming pool clean and property very nice The continental breakfast is included it but is very very few items The employees were very nice . "
