"Room was clean. Pets were accommodated with a first floor room and pet grass area with bags available. Breakfast was the usual complimentary hot breakfast. Parking seemed like it might be limited, but we actually had no issues finding a parking spot. All good."

"We were unable to access our room with our keys, and after four trips up and down to the lobby, the front desk finally sent someone upstairs to help. They were also unable to access the room. When we finally got in, our bathroom was brand new, but installed in a way that wouldn’t even close. The front desk did help us move to another room at that point. We made it to the pool, and discovered the hot tub was drained. They offered for us to use the neighboring hotel’s pool and hot tub, but their’s...

"Room service nor housekeeping never answered the phone so we had to go to the front desk every time. Horrible knocking noise all night long. The bathroom door did not close or open correctly My daughter got locked in and panicked in the bathroom. Our second night there was a car in the back parking lot that honked all night and we did not sleep. Leading us to check out at 4:30 am. Horrible experience"

"I reserved the room in February. We were supposed to have a king sized bed. Got there, there weren't any rooms with king sized beds. What's the point of a reservation, if you don't get what you asked for? There were no smoking signs all over, please tell me why a woman lit up a cigarette whilst walking by me? It's summer, I'm wondering why the pool wasn't open. It was covered the whole 4 days we were there. There was a dirty hand towel on the shower rod. The window was cracked. Just not happy"

"Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly! I appreciated that the hotel is locked at night to prevent any unwanted visitors from entering. The only downside we encountered was breakfast doesn’t start until 7am on the weekends! Being from a different time zone, we were up early and had places to be! However, the breakfast was good on the days we did eat! For the price, I was very impressed with how clean, well maintained, and updated everything was! Would stay again if we’re back in the area!"
