Emergency Stay

Budget has been real good to us. The name kinda says it all. We were in a tight spot and had to have a room. The price and convenience, are the reason we settled on this hotel, But the staff have been so helpful and kind that I would recommend this to anymore that finds themselves in need of a room with a reasonable price.

Was in for a wedding at the beginning of August with 3 adults and 4 kids. Rented 2 rooms. While not the Ritz Carlton, rooms were comfortable and staff was helpful. Went back 2 weeks later for another unrelated visit and had the same experience.

Although very clean, the room was in need of paint. The TV got only one channel which I reported when we left. The heater/AC had only one setting. The TV was connected to an outlet in what was probably once a closet The refrigerator and microwave worked and were great. Bed was very comfortable

This was acceptable for a night on the road. The only bug was a fly in the room. The bathroom was VERY questionable. It smelled bad. A stain on the blanket and towels but none on the sheets.

These folks were more than accommodating, they were Kind, Resourceful, Mind their own business kind of people. Sure, they were working on upgrading the property, just like any business that needs to survive. The room was clean, bug free, and quiet. I would recommend this motel to anyone in the area!

I’ve never witnessed a hotel in such disgusting disrepair. I’m honestly almost speechless at the state off the room and property. Pillows had mold growing in them, bathroom was filthy, the sheets had old stains (possibly blood?), the list goes on and on. Do. Not.Stay.Here.

The room itself wasn't too bad but the bathroom definitely needed TLC. I did go out and buy Lysol spray, wipes and room deodorizer ( the room smelled like pot). The property needs a lot of work, felt like puling into a motel in a scary movie.

Very run down, the property is actually listed as permanently closed on Apple Maps. We got a double queen, and one of the beds was made with dirty, hair covered sheets. The shower, table, and mirror were all still dirty from the previous guest. The town itself was also very run down, and I hardly slept due to the nighttime parking lot activities.
