"Masseria Bagnara is truly one of those special places that you never want to leave. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, personal, and authentically Puglian. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, but what made our stay so memorable were the people. Salvatore and Claudia were simply wonderful. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for throughout our entire stay. They have a way of making you feel less like a hotel guest and more like you’ve been welcomed into their home. It’s the kind of hospitality that is becoming increasingly rare and something we will always remember. And the food — absolutely incredible. Every meal was exceptional, beautifully prepared, and full of the flavors of Puglia. We were genuinely blown away by the quality, creativity, and attention to detail coming out of the kitchen. The dining experience alone is worth a trip to Masseria Bagnara. In our opinion, the restaurant deserves a Michelin star. There is something magical about this place — the peaceful setting, the beautiful surroundings, the incredible food, and most importantly, the people who make it all come together. Masseria Bagnara was one of the highlights of our time in Puglia, and we left already talking about when we could return. "We had a fantastic family stay at this beautiful and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puglia. We stayed in a spacious family room with two separate bedrooms, which was perfect for us. The room was stylish, spotless, and very comfortable, with exceptionally comfortable beds that ensured a great night's sleep.Housekeeping was excellent. Our room was cleaned every day, the beds were beautifully made, fresh towels were provided daily, and complimentary bottled water was replenished each day. The attention to detail was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality food and excellent coffee. The breakfast room was elegant and welcoming, making it a lovely way to start each morning. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always happy to help. They gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere and a stunning lobby where we enjoyed unwinding after a day of exploring. The location is ideal for discovering the beauty of Puglia. We easily visited Oria, Ostuni, Francavilla Fontana, Gallipoli, Nardò, and several stunning beaches, within a short drive. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the accommodation and service to the breakfast and location. We felt welcomed throughout our stay.
