"The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement."

"Oh My goodness this hotel exceeded my expectations to the 100th power. The hotel check in was smooth they had everything ready on arrival the hotel shuttle was outside prompt and ready to pick me up the room was HUGEEEEEEEEEE we stayed in the indigo suites the view was breathtaking. Made sure to visit and eat at doggy docks especially on Wednesday for the street food. The pool nice and warm there are 4 pools and I tried every one of them! I would give this hotel a 7.5 out of 10. "We stayed in Cabana #1. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the A/C ran great. The room was cleaned every other day and the sheets and towels were changed on the 4th day. The restaurant was good but the service was very slow. The setting was very nice (the hotel is part of a marina). There is a pool, but it was being resurfaced when we were there. We would stay there again."

"This is a low cost property, but for the low price, it's very good. It's clean and tidy, but certainly not salubrious. It's not particularly conveniently placed relative to the town, but it's on a major bus route--the (very frequent) number 1 route that goes right to the central bus station. There's not much nearby except for a couple of small stores, and the airport is just under a mile away, down a steep hill. That was a good thing for me as I had to walk there.
