"The unit and location were nice. The main concern I have was that when there was a fire emergency in the building, the notification was very faint and I almost ignored it instead of evacuating. The phones were not working to call the front desk to ask about the faint noise I was hearing. This is a potential hazard and I suggest that it get fixed. "We have stayed in lots of B&Bs, but this lodge is the most beautiful we have ever seen. It is hard to describe how amazing it is and everything was just perfect. We loved staying here. The manager, Bobbie, was just so wonderful and we enjoyed talking with her, and her recommendations for places to visit were great. We felt at home here, and would very highly recommend staying here. "The property was excellent! Some of the bathroom fixtures need replaced and the water pressure was very low. But, it was very clean. We loved the putt putt and basketball. Only issue was taking the trash to the enclosed trash receptacles. I could not get it open. But was rescued by a very nice maintenance man, who I give a 5 stars he was very helpful and kind! I was told they are planning to add instructions to opening of the trash receptacles."

"Overall I'm glad we picked this hotel. The staff at the hotel were super nice! The floor in our room was a bit squeaky, but we barely heard anything from the floor above us. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the sauna felt good. They had a heavy snow early on the day we checked in, so we were glad to have a lower level to park in!"

"The concierge, Zack, tops off the stay, and makes guests feel special. It is so important to get good advice for a city and you will be very impressed with the service you receive from Zack, just like you would receive at a fine five star hotel. The property is lovely, the pool can use a little updating, however, our stay was early in the season, so I’m sure improvements were coming. "
