"Terrible breakfast. There is no breakfast buffet, their online description is highly deceptive and misleading. There was some lukewarm coffee, a few dry bagels, muffins and toast. No eggs, no links, no bacon… nothing warm. Then the manager had the audacity to tell me that I didn’t even qualify for any breakfast since I didn’t book directly with the hotel. "Exceptionally clean! Overall ambiance is very charming for a quaint and comfortable getaway. Housekeeping and front desk staff are friendly and ready to help guests. Restaurant food was excellent; service/ dining experience not quite up to par. "

"Staff was great. The cabin was terrible. The shower head did not work. The staircase was almost impossible the get up and down from the loft unless you were a skinny 10 year old. The parking is very tight. The last night we were there it was 0 degrees and the heater stopped working. I have stayed in numerous hotels there in Blowing Rock and this was the worst."
