"After a check-in process that involved a poor treatment from the receptionist and an unpleasant experience with a gentleman from the indoor bar that demanded that we get up from one of the sofas in the area adjacent to the bar because we were not consuming anything. He addressed us in a rude and inappropriate manner, despite the fact that the area was completely empty. We had only sat there for a few minutes because we were tired after a long journey.
The next day, the Operations Manager apologized for the incident and assured us that this was not the way the hotel treats its guests.
The hotel was clean overall, although the carpeting in the rooms could use replacement. The air conditioning worked very well and was easy to adjust.
The location is excellent, and the breakfast was very good. I would especially like to highlight the friendliness and outstanding service provided by the staff working in the breakfast area."
