"Great location, well equipped and comfy. The room was clean, bed comfy and the little kitchen was well equipped. It was a lovely touch to have milk and water already in the fridge as well as lots of drink choices and some biscuits. The view was the only downside as it looked out onto an alley with bins. The room also had an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and fan if you needed them. "

"Best spa we have ever stayed at. The service was absolutely excellent, Fromm all of the staff at the hotel reception, spa and restaurant. Our room was beautiful, very spacious. The only minor comments we have, there was no body wash in our room, and no tap on the bath, had to fill bath with the shower head! Neither detracted from our stay, we can’t wait to visit again. "

"The hotel was well located to the centre of town and the main railway station. The staff were excellent and very accommodation with baggage storage and a room change we had to make. Unfortunately one of their guests on Jan 20th smoked Marijuana and the ground stairs lobby and lift stank of the smoke. Shame because of this i could only give them 3 stars."
