"The room had pubic hair in the bathroom and the front desk guy that checked us in was not friendly or helpful at all. Didn’t point out where the elevators were, didn’t explain breakfast or even breakfast times. For $200 a night it should have been so much better."

"The hotel had computer/internet issues when we arrived to check in, so I still don't know if my expedia confirmation was used. I think I eventually dealt directly with the Motel 6 to get a room. If I didn't pay twice, I'm happy. The Motel 6, otherwise, was excellent."

"I reserved my room in a reasonable time frame and when I arrived it was not ready. The room we stayed in was not clean it had a smell and bugs!! I plan to stay Friday till Monday, but checked out Sunday. The website is not the same as the actual place!!!! Watch out!"
