Premettendo la disponibilità a risolvere ogni problematica emersa e la gentilezza delle persone che gestiscono la struttura, nonché l’atmosfera familiare che abbiamo avvertito durante il soggiorno,
reputiamo tuttavia la struttura non come hotel 3 stelle, ma più come un B&B a 2 stelle.
Ci sono stati dei disservizi che non ci aspettavamo e che ci avevano fatto optare per questa struttura, ci aspettavamo un po’ di qualità in più:
- frigo e tv in camera non funzionanti;
- doccia difettosa
- erogazione dell’acqua fredda non sempre disponibile, con rischio di ustionarsi
- lenzuola mai cambiate in tutto il soggiorno
- colazione ripetitiva e con pochi prodotti tipici.

liebevoll restauriertes Gebäude im historischen Ortskern von Presicce. Ruhige Lage, gute Betten, schönes Bad, gemütlicher Innenhof. Stadtrundgang im Ortsmuseum nicht entgehen lassen

B&B molto gradevole, suggestivo e inconsueto. Titolari molto simpatici e informali. Antonello sempre prodigo di suggerimenti. Presicce è stata una scoperta. Borgo molto interessante, da visitare. Rivolgendosi alla Pro-Loco c'è la possibilità di fare una visita della cittadina con guide molto preparate a prezzi irrisori. Le spiagge sono a pochi km e sono tutte molto belle. Nel complesso location da consigliare.

“Ottimo, caratteristico, comodo, consigliato!!”
Le camere sono ampie, con la volte a STELLA o a botte....bellissime!
I bagni sono piccolini, ma perfettamente funzionali! La doccia è spaziosità.
Letti comodi, non c'è la finestra ma solo perché c'è una porta finestra con gli scuri apribili che quindi può svolgere da finestra, ma di giorno la tenevamo socchiusa perché il sole scalda molto.
l' A\C funzionava perfettamente e la tenevamo accesa al minimo e stavamo benissimo.
Pulizia tutti i giorni! Perfetta.
Colazione: dolce e salata, molto ricca e varia (paste fresche tutti i giorni..a volte anche i pasticciotti alla crema pasticciera!).
I miei complimenti e saluti alle gentilissime "cameriere" della colazione che tutte le mattine ci facevano trovare i ghiacci da mettere nella borsa frigo prima di andare in spiaggia.
La struttura è molto bella e tipica....
Insomma: consigliatissimo x la meta.

Corte dei Nonni : ce n'est pas un hôtel
B&B rustique malgré un cadre sympathique, mais d'accès difficile, surtout en voiture, au centre d'un village mignon, mais loin de tout ; prix injustifié. Personnel accueillant (une fois sur place).
