"Worst hotel experience of my life, will never stay there again. I arrived too a front office with a line of 5 people all waiting too talk to a computer with a video chat to a guy at a call center. It took me over 45 minutes to get helped. The front desk was empty for over 15 minutes when the worker finally arrived he refused to help anyone in line. All he did was give people room keys. "This is an older historical hotel with minimal amenities. The rooms are very small , our room floor was a little sloped. The elevator was not working the entire 3 days we were there. The staff was pleasant. They have 2 bars to choose from. The bistro was not open as they were updating it and this made it very inconvenient. The hotel stated they couldn’t notify us of the issues due to 3rd party booking."
