However, there were things about the stay which troubled us, so we will not recommend this property to others, and are giving the lowest rating possible. The poor communication of the staff and management was the main issue with the stay. "One of my most favorite places I've ever been this property cannot be beat in Sedona. The views, the staff, the amenities were superb! There is so much to do on this property- sports, spirituality, fitness and wellness, beautiful pool and amazing restaurants, art, stargazing etc the list is endless! Would be great for families too but I enjoyed it with my husband, we will be back!"

"We were traveling with a dog we asked for a ground level room which they were very accommodating, however, I did not expect a bed, bowls and treat bag as well. And, from out sliding glass door we had a little patio to sit outside and a grass area for the dog to play and do his duty. It was really nice. Amenities were nice, the pool area and all outdoor cushions could be updated along with the tile in the bathrooms. We really did enjoy our stay."

"The place we stayed was clean, but quite small. The floor in the kitchen was peeling in one spot and the shower door was difficult to slide. Other than that it was a nice affordable stay with nice views. The restaurant on site was very good and the pool was nice as well. We liked that there were towels available there."
