Nice clean hotel. Good location. Only disappointment was our room had a nice balcony facing the beautiful mountain landscape but the hotel would not provide us chairs. only way to enjoy the balcony was to stand.

First off, what I didn't like: $17 parking fee, maybe it was mentioned but I didn't know about it until I checked in. The fresh juice/smoothie bar: there wasn't one. I was looking forward to that. But the room was nice, the breakfast was excellent and our stay was pleasant.

We had to wait 40 min pass the checking time our room wasn’t ready The room was very nice and big but the bathroom didn’t have towels and we had to wait until next day to get them because the room phone it didn’t work and the lobby was far away. The carpet on the aisle between the room it was dirty
