"Location is fantastic - tucked a few doors away from the bars and restos on Elgin. Just a short stroll to all of the sites and the canal. The Inn is an old home there can be a lot of noise transfer from other rooms but better than the street noise at some of the hotels closer to Spark St......the 3rd floor is a bit of a climb up the stairs if that is an issue for you. Rooms were cozy and comfy. Breakfast was a great bonus for a few bucks. Super friendly staff."

"The yard was overgrown, almost to the knees, with garbage piled up on the side. Not welcoming! The backyard had over 50 beer cans, thrown about. There was nowhere to park. The kitchen had piles of dishes on the counter, set there to dry since there are no dish towels. There was rotted food in one cupboard and the smell was intense. The downstairs bathroom was horrible. "This place should be removed from Hotels.com, it's a house with a bedroom. This was the worst "hotel" Ive ever stayed in. I did not get an email with the code for the door, had to find the contact number to get ahold of them to say I was there, so I could get inside. Only street parking. Grass pathway, well no pathway to the side of the house. The deluxe room is in a horrible spot. Next to the kitchen, only thing that seperates the hallway to the bedroom and the kitchen is a curtain you can see...
