"There was one thing in the room that we stayed at on June 3,, we did not get a handicap room. I would suggest that all staff members and management, go to room 115 first floor near check in desk and try sitting on the toilet. The toilet was mad for a 5 year old. This was bad. Please, check this out. Not kidding."

"This is an older historic hotel. It's been well maintained overall. The staff were always quite helpful and gracious in their assistance. I'd gladly stay again. Also, the Inn was was a short walk from the restaurant #Celitos which served green chili chicken enchiladas. The enchiladas were really good even if they were a bit spicy, according to my husband. Great accomodating staff along with some very good enchiladas, I'll gladly return whenever we're in Las Cruces again."

"The hotel overall was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The small dining area downstairs for breakfast was nice. The breakfast bar is nice because it isn’t just apples and bagels. The pool had a little bit of floating debris, however, was clean and the outdoor tables and chair chairs were nice for leaving our stuff while we swam."

"i really enjoyed my stay at the hampton. i’d say my only problem with the stay was that i arrived after my check in time and the front desk person told me i still had to wait for my room. however, it was easily fixed and i only had to wait like 10 minutes maybe. so it wasn’t a huge deal. other than that, it was a great time. the lobby was so nice and fancy looking, it looked inviting and it made me want to lounge for a bit. the rooms were beautiful and spacious, the AC was nice and cool when needed. i loved that the bathroom had a walk in shower and not a tub. it was easy to step into to have a shower. my only complaint about the room was that the fridge was tiny. the TV also had options to log into streaming services which was nice that the TVs were updated like that. you also had the option to watch live tv if you wanted. wifi was fast. i will definitely be back to stay the next time im in las cruces."
