"With all the greenery and plants everywhere, this hotel is beautiful to walk into. Check in was great, we arrived early and were able to leave our bags until it was time to check in. We also did this on our last day, as we had a late flight. The room was adequate, comfy bed and big shower. Just be aware that there is a frosted glass panel between the bathroom and bedroom (in the room we were in anyway). You can't see in, but it is bright into the bedroom during the night - if that bothers you....

"Our room was on the first floor, with view at the pool. The curtains did not block the light out very well so our room was rather bright at night. Did not sleep well because of this. Also a shame that smoking is allowed in the outdoor seating areas. "

"I enjoyed my 6 days there. I was a solo female tourist. The staff always went beyond to meet my needs. The electric sockets in Indonesia are unique in that they are round and sunken. So my square universal plug did not fit. Their engineering quickly found a spare conversion socket for me to use. They were happy to fill up my water bottle with ice whenever I asked. "Didn't enjoy staying in this hotel. The music in the reception area is too loud. Music by the Swimming Pool has a very limited playlist and the same songs constantly go on and on. No one at the bar if you want to order a drink or grab a towel. Breakfast was very dull, no many options and no tasty. The internet was good in this hotel. "
