"Excellent hostess with a readiness to respond to any queries. The only issues were the tv, which seemed to have a mind of its own, switching over to a standy setting every 15 mins or so and the bed. "A spacious and clean and fully equipped apartment awaited us. Even a washing machine was there which came to use several times. Violett (the front desk supervisor) is a tremendous asset with all her knowledge, helpfulness and friendliness. The location in Baie St Anne is convenient when travelling by ferry but the nearest beach is several kilometers away and there are not very many places to eat at nearby. The famous Jennies bakery is right in the building though! We did not rent a car but...

"Excellent guest, nice area to park the car (with security), big room with nice AC in livingroom and bedroom. Nice balcony and all necessary kitchen appliances ! Make sure u ask for more info regarding where to go / what to do, the host is really willing to give best tips of the island. Good location if someone has a car to explore both sides of island, also grocery stores very close. One issue with water was fixed very fast so we were very happy overall. "

"It seems the owners of the property care only about the money. Customer service was very poor. Even though we called multiple times both the day before (as required, as there's no front desk) and the day we arrived, they still kept us waiting for almost an hour before checking in. Also, the AC was noisy and bath water drained very slowly the first 2-3 days. You literally had to step out of the bathroom from your bath water."

"Helen (the host) was exceptionally helpful. I communicated with her well before our trip. She arranged soy milk for us as well as vegan margarine (which couldn’t be purchased on La Digue). She met us at the ferry on arrival and gave us all the information we needed. She also upgraded us and not only got the soy milk and margarine but gave us fruit and bread. The bed is super comfortable and the linen amazing. The unit is well appointed. I would recommend staying here."
