"Sehr schönes kleines und gepflegt Appartementhotel auf Praslin! Das Appartement war toll, sauber und geräumig mit großem Balkon. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Tag aufs Zimmer gebracht, war lecker und reichlich (Toast, Eier, Marmelade, Käse, frisches Obst, Tee/Kaffee, Saft). Es ist auch eine Küche mit allem drum und dran vorhanden, die haben wir aber nie benutzt. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt dort und haben und sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder :-)"

"Hazel and her staff were extremely kind and efficient. Their attention to details was very much appreciated. The bungalows are large and very well equipped. The property offers free to use gas BBQs, which allowed us to grill our fish, which we bought at the locat fishmarket every day. We cannot but recommend this place! We tried to find one point to improve, but nothing came to our mind! Well done Heliconia Grove, we will surely come back!"

"Schöne, sehr saubere Apartments in einem gepflegten Garten. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Apartments ist gut - knapp 30 Spaziergang zur Anse Georgette. Leider fehlt im grossen Wohnzimmer/Küche eine Klimaanlage, weshalb der Raum zu einer Sauna verkam und man sich kaum darin aufhalten konnte. Das wäre definitiv eine Investition wert."

"Wanted to stay in a place close to the beach but not surrounded by other tourist. This place fit the bill perfectly, it across the street from a restaurant and the staff if amazing. Nora goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort while on Praslin. She knows everyone and has great suggestions for meals. The beach is secluded and a great place to watch the sunset. We rented a car while on the island and this place does provide a place to park, I would definitely stay here again. "

"We booked this villa because we had 10 people and it had air con. Except the air con was only in bedrooms so we couldn’t even use the rest of the house because it was so hot! In one room, the air con was not working, they came to fix it but bypassed the temp and it ran all night and the room was freezing! Very devious air con advertising."

"House itself is great, newly built. Cleaned every 2 days. However guys on reception (I am not sure whether they are owners) are not interested in anything. We had to ask many times for simple things, sometimes without result. House is close to airport and you have planes flying above you many times per day, as well as from 6 in the morning. "

"Villa Confort is truly a gem of a property. Since my arrival, Kettina, the property manager has gone above and beyond ensuring I had a great stay. She even arranged a fantastic day trip for me to Anse Georgette and Anse Kerlan. Wonderful customer service with just the right attitude towards the guest's desires. The room was the cherry on top. Very spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything. The complimentary breakfast was very nutritious with seasonal fruits, toast, eggs, juice and coffee. The property overall is very well located near the airport and next to the Grand Anse beach, a couple of convenience shop and some restaurants. The only downside was the beach, but that's not the property's fault. This isn't the best season for the beaches on this side of the island. Other than that, a perfect stay. "
