"Ceiling light not working. Many chips in bathtub paint. Flat uncomfortable pillows. Thermostat falling off the wall. Weather stripping around the door missing with -20C breeze coming through. Furniture moving upstairs after 10 pm. But the check in clerk was friendly and kind. "

"The hotel itself needs lots of repair . The elevator was not functioning and air conditioning was very loud. However my main issue is the dishonesty by either Expedia or hotel. I had to check out early and I was told by the front desk that I need to discuss refund for additional two days with Expedia . I called Expedia and was told that I will be given two days refund for days not stayed. I asked for an email to confirm and was told that it will come in 48-72 hours. I also confirmed that all...
