"Like quite a few of the other reviews, not a 5star hotel. Maybe 4 at best. Service inconsistent throughout. And more importantly, entire property is under construction both inside and out, and not minor renovations, we're talking the complete removal of steps and access down to the beach. Arguably one of the largest selling and marketing features of this hotel was non accessible without any disclosure. Instead you'd have to walk into town to get to any beach which is public vs the one you paid...

"The accommodations were great and exactly what I was looking for during my family’s vacation. A little town that wasn’t a tourist trap and had all the accommodations we needed. There were multiple cafes close by and we were only 15 minutes to a beach. The pool was refreshing and needed as we visited during an early heat wave. "This was our 2nd time there. Location is great! But did find the hotel to be runner down a little. The bathroom had mold which affected my son’s allergy and we had to get moved. It wasn’t the 4 star feel we were anticipating. The main restaurant is no longer at La carte daily and it’s a Buffett. We ate there on our 1st night and the options were very limited and we ended up eating pasta and fries which were not great for 25 euro per person! Should have ordered Uber Eats!"

"Washing machine but no clothes horse! Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Very good location and the reception staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will book again. Please sort clothes horse / drying rack"

"My friend and I booked the family room because it stated that there was a double bed and a queen bed. It turned out that the double was a pull out couch, which we weren’t expecting. It was also too hot from the heatwave and the AC didn’t reach the upstairs bed. Thankfully, the front desk was understanding and able to get us another room. The place is clean and quiet."
