"This was a nice stay but I don’t think up to 5* standard. The service was bad at most restaurants and the food beyond the breakfast buffet was over-priced and average. This may well be advertising but the pools are freezing in April, so just a warning! The hotel is super modern and has comfortable facilities, but it lacked the luxury touch for us."

"Stayed first two weeks of April and it was the perfect time to be in the Algarve. The Crowne Plaza exceeded all of our expectations. "Great place for a family - beach within a short walking distance, several pools and a playground to keep kids entertained. Staff are lovely, we had a great stay, our second time there. Took a couple of days and a few requests to get a highchair though and never received coffee pods for the machine despite asking a few times.
