Great location, friendly, and helpful staff. My room was like a studio apartment and I had all I needed for a short staff. The lights in the stairway should be retimed to staff on longer. Alexandra and Monica were very professional.

Perfection!

Seriously, this place was absolute perfection. They haven’t skipped a single detail in making your stay here abundantly comfortable. We had a spacious room with kitchen and sitting area and a dishwasher. The fridge was pre-stocked with some essentials and even a welcome treat. I think anyone who could find fault in this place is just looking for things to complain about. Personally, I’m in love with the Emerald and would not dream of staying elsewhere if ever I’m blessed to return to this lovely city.

The location was perfect. The room was very comfortable EXCEPT I wish there had been one chair to sit in. The stools at the counter actually hurt. There is no reception desk, so I had to drag my suitcase around town for several hours before checking in. 'Same when I checked out. I will never again book a place where I can't leave my suitcase while I'm waiting to check in.

We stayed at the Emerald for 9 nights from May 3 2025 to May 12 2025. Checkin was outstanding, with a glass of sparkling wine, nice conversation and a wealth of practical informations for our stay in Prague. Because of a problem with the unit we rented, we were offered an upgrade to the 'Ki' apartment. Everything was perfect there: vast, clean, and distinctively decorated. The appartement is ideally located in a small and quiet street, but within walking distance of most of Prague's main attractions. A Tesco nearby provides good opportunities for those who wish to do their own cooking (note that there are is not a microwave oven). There are multiple options for those who wish to eat outside. We went three times to a restaurant named 'Lokal' locatedon the other bank of the river. We also used the clothes cleaning option. The staff provided excellent recommandations for transportation for a day trip to Cesky Krumlov. In a nutshell, this is an establishment we strongly recommend.

Beautiful hotel, well run, friendly reception with whom you don’t really need to interact, but they’re lovely when you do. Be prepared to enter with a code to obtain your own keys. The street is quiet, but very close to a lot of central sites and restaurants and such.

10/10 absolutely recommended This place is absolutely a Gem in Prague. Location is perfect. Walking distance to all the attractions and important places. Safe and super convenient check in. The room is big and much more beautiful that Andrea and Katerina went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. They gave me fantastic recommendations and helped with transportation and booking attractions. I travel frequently around the world, and this has been one of the best experiences I’ve had!

The location, decor, ease of check in were all pluses. The fact you can store luggage on day of departure was an added bonus we didn’t need but it nice to know available if we come through Prague again. They do supply ear plugs of the street is too loud for you. Recommend the Emerald.

Property manager was very helpful The ease of the key drop offs was great The location was incredible for a first timer in Prague The only issue is they were doing construction and it was very loud in the mornings

Fantastic Location

Fantastic location, clean apartment, and close to everything. Within 1 block of the metro, a 3 minute walk to the Astronomical Clock, and restaurants are within a 1 minute walk. Would absolutely stay here again.
