We had an excellent stay at the Quentin Prague and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague. Our room overlooked the beautiful Rudolfinum, and the hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city. Old Town, the Charles Bridge, and Josefov are all within just a few minutes’ walk.
We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was huge by European standards, comfortable, and very spacious. The location really couldn’t have been better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose the Quentin again if our travels bring us back to Prague.
This hotel had a lovely location and was perfect for our stay. The breakfast was welll stocked and everything we needed to start the day. Bed was very comfortable, room clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!
It is located in the city centre and walking distance to all the attractions. Metro stop is across the road to the hotel. It was my first solo trip abroad and the guidance given from the hotel made it so much easier to travel from the airport to the hotel by public transport. I walked to all the attractions from the hotel. Room was very clean and spacious. Staff are very friendly.
The hotel was close to everything.
The room was clean, bed was soft and staff was friendly.
My only complaint is, the shower was hard to find the right temperature.
Great hotel in an amazing location. Room was great, very spacious, clean and good amenities.
Quiet at night we slept great every night.
Only slight issue would be that it took a while to get the shower to a good temperature.
My room was on the 5th floor. It was very clean and nice. There was a roof window with shutters which was very nice. You could open it for night coolness air and close the shutters if really bright. The shower was good and temperature adjusted well. Window in shower was low but anyone looking in at the weird angle gets what they deserve, if can see anything. There are screens on the windows though. Very quiet.
Perfect hotel if you want to be close to the town square. Extremely close to the Charles Bridge and the Astronomical clock, making it the perfect location.
Great hotel in a great and beautiful location. Close to old town so we were able to walk. The hotel staff was over the top accommodating and so helpful with their recommendations. Would definitely recommend,

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service
We had a very mixed experience staying here. The location is perfect, with easy access to all the main sights and great transport links to the airport.
The room was clean, tidy and very spacious, and the hotel itself was well maintained.
Sadly, the staff are where the hotel really lets itself down. We found them quite abrasive, with very little friendliness or even basic pleasantries, and they weren't particularly helpful when we had an issue with our room.
The electric blind wouldn't close and, with a bright streetlight directly outside, the room was extremely bright at night. Reception initially told us to pull it as it gets stuck, despite the blind already being ripped, suggesting this wasn't a new issue. I had to go back down before someone reluctantly came up to look. We were told there were no rooms available and we'd have to wait until 10am to speak to a manager, despite explaining we were leaving early.
The next morning, another member of staff said we could move rooms, but the new room wasn't ready. After returning 30 minutes later, we were told it would be another 30 minutes with no guarantee. We had to leave our luggage at reception and hand over our keys, with the receptionist huffing when we explained we wouldn't be back until the afternoon.
The second room was again clean and spacious, although the shower constantly switched between hot and cold but with their issues we had had I wasn't going to switch rooms again.
Checkout was equally unfriendly
