"Mama Shelter Prague was wonderful! The beds were comfortable, the staff is helpful and friendly, they even left a dog bed, toy, and bowl for use while we were visiting. Parking was easy, the public transport was just down the block, I loved this hotel. I would go back anytime! The daily cookies are a nice touch too!"

"We really enjoyed out stay at the hotel. Libor who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. We also ate at the hotel restaurant and used the 20% off voucher we were given during check in. The staff at the restaurant were equally as friendly. The free bread and condiments were a nice extra. Our rooms were upgraded to the executive rooms. The views were great and the bed was very comfortable. Good selection of teas and coffees were provided and the complementary bottles of water was a nice addition. The two only negative points was in the bathrooms. The bathroom taps in both rooms were very stiff and hard to open and turn off. Also the shower head in my bathroom wasn’t the best, still worked but the water dribbled out. The shower in my friends room worked well so we had one good working shower. Overall, our stay was very good and we are happy to return "
