Staff were friendly, breakfast was great, and the location was great. Rooms however need a refresh. The carpet is very old red carpet in poor shape. The fridge didn’t work and there was not a way to easily control the room temp.

Amazing breakfast.

hotel was good, it was hard to get in as we landed at ten so didn't arrive until 11 and had to wait outside pressing the buzzer until someone turned up but the breakfast was amazing. Make sure you get in early for a good table.

The hotel was good. It would have been nice if there were pillow cases on the extra pillows in the wardrobe. The staff were nice. The rooms were ok. The air-conditioning started leaking so they moved us to another room which was much nicer. All up a positive experience.

Very spacious room, rather unexpected for the competitive pricing. Along a busy street with lots of traffic but I found it ok due the double glazing sound proofing. The bed is very comfortable. Will return if revisiting Prague. What I considered odd is they charge bottle water and desk coffee which should be complimentary.

Nice!

No false advertising here! What you see online is what you get! All the staff were super helpful and nice. The breakfast spread was excellent. You will hear noise - it's just part of the location; however the hotel provides earplugs! The location is excellent for sightseeing and shopping (if you're into that). The towels could use an update or se fabric softener at least and maybe better pillows but otherwise, I enjoyed my stay!
